Role: Project Architect responsible for coordinating with interior design, ownership, and construction for the design and delivery of interior common and amenity spaces. Along with coordination of construction documents for the amenity package and unit interiors, responsibilities include detailing a squash court that is structurally isolated from the rest of the building.

The mixed-use development at 370-380 Harrison Avenue in Boston's South End offers 273 rental and homeownership units, with 20% designated as affordable. The 356,000 sq ft building includes three levels of underground parking and a common amenity floor with a fitness center, pool, studios, squash court, lounges, and game rooms. Rental residents have additional amenities on the ninth floor, while homeowners have similar amenities on the twelfth.
