Located in the Northeast corner of Brooklyn’s exclusive Boerum Hill neighborhood, 210 Pacific Street features three to five bedroom condominium units which combine thoughtful details and sustainable design. Building amenities include enclosed parking with electric car charging spaces, private terraces, rooftop cabanas, a fitness room, a kids recreation room and double height entry lobby. These light-filled and luxuriously appointed homes have direct elevator access and feature high ceilings with expansive vistas on four exposures. Full floor units have over fifty feet of northern and southern exposures affording a spectacular living environment.

210 Pacific Street incorporates the Passive House approach to sustainability. Insulated concrete formwork, high performance triple-glazed windows, and highly efficient mechanical systems contribute to an extremely efficient living environment. The solar hot water system ensures optimum energy independence while also creating a positive environmental impact. The building façade, comprising over 13,000 custom brass tiles, is uniquely designed and handcrafted in the USA.
