Oversaw design, permitting and construction including receiving MAAB and BZA variances and a Special Permit. Provided client-facing roles of managing fee proposals, billing and reviewing construction budgets and requistions.

This 29,000 sf mixed-use development in Cambridge provides 18 ownership units just east of Inman Square. The three levels of residences include a mix of flats and unique duplex units that provide frontage for a majority of homes onto either Cambridge Street or Webster Avenue. A ground floor retail space, public patio, a large second floor amenity deck, and multiple units with private outdoor terraces provide ample open and green space. With concealed parking, generous bike storage, three affordable ownership units and transit incentives the project is a welcome addition to Cambridge’s urban fabric.
